About our Bakery Window

After 5 years of being a pastry education space and a summer soft serve window, we've opened a bakery! Our bakery is open Thursday-Saturday 9am-1pm at our walk-up window in Pioneer Square.

We're serving up a variety of our favorite pastries, like cinnamon rolls, maple pancake croissants, our perfect chocolate chip cookies, creme brûlée croissants, seasonal upside down fruit cakes and so much more! We'll also have some breakfast items like a yogurt and passion fruit curd bowl topped with homemade granola and honey and a bran bread topped with whipped turbinado sugar and citrus zest butter.
